Subject: Greetings & Urgent Assistance.

PLEASE KINDLY PARDON ME FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE

Dear Sir/Madam,

Compliments of the day,

You may certainly be surprised to receive this letter from me since you do not know me personally but with due respect, trust and humility, I write you this proposal which would be of great interest to you. For the purpose of introduction, I am the first son of William Ndlovu, who was murdered in the land dispute in my country (Zimbabwe) in the year 2004 by the forces loyal to President Robert Mugabe. I was furnished your information from the International Business/Trade Journals at the Johannesburg Trade Center here in South Africa and in support with the South African Chamber of Commerce here in Johannesburg hence l decided to write you.

Before the death of my father, he had taken me to Johannesburg to deposit the sum of US$25.5M (Twenty Five Million, Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) in one of the Private Security Company, as if he foresaw the looming danger in my country, Zimbabwe.

This money was deposited in a box as germ stones and personal valuables to avoid much demurrage from the Security Company. My father planned to use this amount to purchase new machines and chemicals for establishments of new farms in Swaziland which is also a neighboring country.

This land problem came when Zimbabwe’s President Mr. Robert Mugabe introduce a new Land Act reform which wholly affected the rich white farmers and some few blacks farmers and this resulted to the killing and mob action by Zimbabwe’s war veterans and some lunatics in the society. In fact, a lot of people were killed because of this land reformed Act for which my father was one of the victim.

During the current crisis against the farmers in my country by the supporters of President Robert Mugabe to claim all the while owned farms, he ordered all white farmers to surrender their farms to his party members and followers. My father was well known as one of the richest and best farmers in the country and knowing that he is not in support of the President’s Political Ideology, the supporters and followers of President Robert Mugabe invaded our farm and burnt down everything, killed my father and confiscated all our investments. This incidents has continue till date and led to lost of several lives including white farmers as reported on Cable News Network (CNN) and the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC).

It is against this background that, I and my family who are currently staying in South Africa decided to transfer my father's money to foreign account since the law of South Africa prohibit a refugee (asylum seeker) to open any bank account or to be involved in any financial transaction throughout the territorial zone of South Africa. As the eldest son of my father, I am saddled with the responsibility of seeking a genuine foreign account where this money could be transferred into without the knowledge of my government who are bent on taking everything my left behind.

You can also find more about this on these links below;

The South African government seems to be playing along with them. I am faced with the dilemma of investing this amount of money in South Africa for fear of going through the same experience in future since both countries have similar political history. Moreover, the South African Foreign Exchange policy does not allow such investment as an asylum seeker. As a business person who I have to entrust my future and of my family in his/her hands, I must let you know that this transaction is Risk-Free hence we need assurance from you that we can trust and rely on you.

If you accept to assist me and my family, all I want you to do for us is to make arrangements and come to Johannesburg South Africa, so that you can open a Non-Resident Account with any of the commercial banks which will aid us in transferring the money into any account you will nominate overseas. This money I and my family intend to use for lucrative investments depending on your advice.

I have two options for you; firstly you can choose to have certain percentage of the money for nominating your account for this transaction. Or you can go into partnership with me for the proper profitable investment of the money in your country.

Whichever option you want, feel free to notify us as we have planed as follows: Mapped out 5% of this money for any expenses incurred in the process of this transaction. If you do not prefer a partnership, we are willing to give you 25% of the money while the remaining 70% will be for me and my family investments in your country.

Contact me with the below telephone numbers or email address for further discussion while I implore you to maintain the absolute secrecy required in this transaction. My warmest and sincere regards to you and your family.

Yours sincerely,
William Ndlovu Jr. (For the family).
