"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear Sir,

We extend this communication to you as Financial Consultants under the management of the above Company.

And we did not also, fail to understand that the subject of this fax, will arouse great surprise and suspicion both by its source and its method of transmission.

But we crave your indulgence to see it, as a highly classified message that requires great measures of confidentiality.

Certain government of a country in East Asia, using cutting-edge services and technology, unfamiliar to people and governments, are in productions of foreign currency, Denominated in the United States Dollars.

Shipped across borders are pieces of these said products to foreign location for circulation.

And there is no way an ordinary bank Teller in the United States, let alone overseas will be able to identify these high Denomination notes (as forgeries).

Working in concert with, and special interest or involvement of one of the High ranking functionary in the Top most Councils in this East Asian government.
USD $674 Million worth of these unusually well produced $100 bills, was spun in and out from secret trans-shipments through deep-sea fishing vessels to a location in central Europe, disguised as pharmaceuticals/Humanitarian items for the displaced people in the war torn Sudan’s Darfur region.

You are approached in this regard towards, consolidating and solidifying this operation as the money or currency are in very good form and could be spun in and out of secret bank accounts (to obliterate the paper trail) both in cash and other financial instruments into an account disguised as legitimate income.

This consolidation will automatically separate the currency from any crime and eliminate suspicions.

Surreptitiously tightened and short-circuited, the trans-shipments done in the deep-seas, allows the fishing ships to remain in international waters beyond the reach of any Country’s law, giving the operation good covers.

Please, there can be no deal if it is not fair to both parties, the funds if placed under you, is expected to be engaged in real- estates and high Yield Portfolios.

We will appreciate to having your response on the above and what your condition will be.

We shall give more details on receipt of your reply.

Yours sincerely,

Mr.Michael Edwards
