"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Salem alikomI am sorry to trouble you with my problem, my name is Mrs.Regina Aisha Mensah, I am from a Moslem's home but my marriage to chief George Mensah turned me into Christianity. I know you might say that I am wrong but the fact remains that Chief was a very good man and he loved me so much right from my childhood, he paid my school fees and when my dad died, he was the only person who assisted my poor family till his death. I am the fourth wife and the only Moslem's in their clan, so I was hated by my co-wives and my husband's kinsmen.Because of that chief always protected me like an egg.
Before chief died on the month of May, he called me in his hospital bed and he told me that he has a box which he deposited in a storage and finance company, he directed me to one of his files where he kept the documents covering the deposit of the box. Then he said to me. "Aisha I KNOW THAT YOU ARE HATED BY MY FAMILY AND WHEN I AM GONE THEY WILL MAKE LIFE MISERABLE FOR YOU", he gave me the file and ask me to keep it, now that he is dead and after the burial of chief, the other three wives connived with chief brothers and they sent me away from the family house with nothing. They didn't even allow me to take my personal belonging along.
So I went with my mother to the Storage company to see if we can file for the release of the box so that I can use the money inside the box to take care of our only daughter. The Storage company confirmed that the box is still intact, we told them that we want the box, but they said that I should bring an address in your country where the box will be ship to since I am the beneficiary to the box. according to them, they had an agreement with Chief that the box will be ship to your country anytime it will be released hence my reason of contacting you.

Please I want you to assist me get the box out of Ghana to your country, I will like to invest the money into housing and real estates. If you are interested in helping me I will give you 20% of the money. The total amount in the box is seven million US dollars. If you want to help, all you have to do is give me a number to reach you and I will call you immediately. Please in the name of God; help me and my only daughter!, because our life is no more safe here.

I am waiting to hear from you.Regina Aisha Mensah
