Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Just 2-3 months ago, I was diagnosed as having a little inclination to be manic-depressive, probably caused by a horrible relationship a year or so ago. Therefore I just like to ask that you are truthful in all your undertakings with me.

I am still discomfited and I am unclear how I was deemed the winner for this award.

Let me have some advice about something that is making me hesitant, what about EU bank investigations?
