"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I have been monitoring these your transaction for a very long time with
keen interest but decided not to Engage myself and my position as the Secretary
to the AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK PLC due to the evil men that has been handling
this your transaction. I am aware that these funds will never get to you
because of the Irregularities in your file no matter what you spend.

I now decided to tell you the truth because no one else will do it including
your lawyer but deceiving you and extorting your hard earned money.I hereby
advice you to contact Mr Frank Nwafor the Director,telex dept on foreign
contractors payment that is attached to the Presidency specially for Foreign
Contract and Inheritance Payments who just paid a woman Contractor from
USA (MRS. JULI BROWN) whom her file has similar problem. Her payment was
made possible due to the relationship of Frank Nwafor and HIS EXCELLENCEY
PAST PRESIDENT FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF Nigeria Chief Olusegun Obasanjo

and don't ever mention my name before him because that is his personal deal
with Foreign Contractors that has such problem in their file. Tell him that
his contacts were given to you by MRS. JULI BROWN whom he paid on Dec. 15th
2006.

I believe that you will never neglect this my effort upon the receipt of
these your overdue payment.
Forward to me your day to day activities with him to enable me guide you
accordingly.
