"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

RUE 15 AVE 20 WILLIAMS VILLE

Dear Sir,

It is my pleasure to write you after much consideration, since I cannot be able to see you face to face at first. I am Abdulahi Umar, I lost my father years back I am a 22 years of age from Sierra- Leone Africa (WA) I am 22 years of age and my younger sister Fatima is 19 years. We are leaving in cote d'ivoire since past six month. My father was a limited liability Diamond and Gold merchant in Freetown Sierra-Leone before his untimely death. After his business trip to abidjan to nagociate on a Good Investment business he wanted to invest in abidjan.

A week after he came back from abidjan , he got an accident with my mother of which our mother died instantly but our father died after five days in a private hospital on that faithful afternoon, we didn't know that our father was going to leave us after we had lost our mother, but before he gave up the ghost, it was as if he knew he was going to die. Oh my father, (MAY HIS SOUL REST IN PERFECT PEACE) he disclosed to us that he deposited the sum of eighteen million United States Dollar ($18,000,000,00 Million Dollars) in a security company here in abidjan. That the money was meant for his Diamond and Gold company he wanted to establish in abidjan though, according to my father he deposited the money in a trunk box but declared it as vital family belongings.

He handed me the key of the box and the deposit certificate and instructed me to seek for a reliable and trust worthy business partner for our life time investment abroad. Now we have succeeded in locating the security company here in abidjan also confirmed the items with most honest and confidentiality.

Now we are soliciting for your assistance to help us lift this money out from abidjan to your safe account abroad so that we should invest it in any meaningful lucrative business in your country because this is our only hope in life. we willing to offer you 5% of the total fund if only you can help us out of my present predicament and 2% for all the expenses that you will make in helping us.

It is also good for you to know that it will be good for you to come here to Abidjan so that we will know each other face to face as this will be good for us and we will go to the security company for the claim and for we to go back with you to your country after claiming the consignment. Awaiting anxiously to hear from you so that we can discuss the modalities of this transaction.

Thank you for your understanding while we will be waiting for your immediate response and please reply us with this email address: abdumar1@yahoo.fr

Yours sincerely,
Abdulahi and Fatima Umar.
