"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Your email was received and acknowledged.I want to commend you first for your precautionary measures so you don't fall into the wrong hands again as the saying goes once bitten, twice shy. This company is a well known organisation although most fraudsters have used our names and other reputable companies to practise their scandalous act and thus putting us in a state of anarchy.

We are very much aware of the fact that there many scam artists and fraudsters out there to rip people of their money but have it in mind that this firm is not known for nefarious act as everything we do here is being governed by the British Authorities and higher bodies. I will direct you to were you will lay your complaints in regards the payment you made previously and your money won from the lottery organisation.

WORLD LOTTERY BOARD/THE INTERNATIONAL PAY HOUSE LONDON will help you in tracking down those who collected money from you. They have published many names in the past and they have some of these people in their custody and they will transfer winners funds to them the way they deem fit.
You are advised to contact them with this information below and state how and who you paid the money to and they will be at your service.Their contact information is as follows:

WORLD LOTTERY BOARD.
FROM THE DESK OF LEGAL DIRECTOR,
INTERNATIONAL PAY/CLEARING HOUSE
INTERNATIONAL PAY HOUSE DEPARTMENT.
Email:internationalpayhousedept@yahoo.co.uk

You are required to update me on proceedings with them and i hope i will be considered a little bonus after you must have been paid your lottery money.Have a most wonderful day and bye for now.

With Warm regards,
