"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: FOR AND ON BEHALF OF WIDOW OF LATE RUDI KOMMARYER

My Dear Friend,
FOR AND ON BEHALF OF WIDOW OF LATE RUDI KOMMARYER:
The above subject matter refers. I am Dr. Jaja Kizito Jaja, Barrister
at Law.
I was the personal attorney and friend of late Mr. Rudi Kommayer; who
until his death was the managing director of Anambra Motor
Manufacturing Company (Anammco), Emene in Enugu State of Eastern
Nigeria. This company was established in 1977 as a joint venture
between the Federal Government of Nigeria and the then Daimler-Benz AG
of Germany now Daimler Chrysler-AG of Germany.
The late Mr. Rudi Kommayer committed suicide in Germany his home
country on July 22nd 2005 in a park in Esslingen Germany. This was
because he was under investigation by security operatives for allegedly
embezzling and misappropriating the sum of US$14.6 Million Dollars
while in office as the managing director of Anammco. He lived in
Nigeria for over 15 years till 2004 before returning to Germany.
In the lifetime of Mr. Rudi Kommayer he deposited the sum of USA$7.5
Million Dollars (Seven million five hundred thousand United States
Dollars only) in a security Company in Europe. This deposit was made
with my full assistance and cooperation and I truly believe that he
acquired this money genuinely notwithstanding that he took his own life
because he could not stand the shame and embarrassment of the
investigation. If he were alive today, I am sure that he would have
exonerated himself in accordance with due process of the law. I was
fully aware that in the life-time of Mr. Rudi Kommayer as the Managing
Director of Anambra Motor Manufacturing Company (Anammco), he received
a lot of corporate gifts mostly, in cash from corporate organizations
and the successive Nigerian governments for his friendliness and good
gestures. It is noteworthy that his employers cleared him at the end of
the day but he is dead.
The existence of this money is still a top secret and is known "only"
to my late client and friend Mr. Rudi Kommayer and myself as his
personal attorney and friend. Now that the confusion created by the
sudden death of Mr. Rudi Kommayer has settled down, I am proposing that
you present yourself as a relation of late Mr. Rudi Kommayer and claim
this money for mutual investment opportunities for and on behalf of his
Nigerian wife and children as joint partners. This is with the full
consent of Mr. Rudi Kommayer's widow; a young Nigerian lady with three
teenage kids to cater for. All the necessary legal frameworks shall be
put in place upon your acceptance.
I advise that you bear in mind the sensitive nature of this matter and
the emotional imbalance it could cause the family and remember that
silence throughout the duration of this transaction is implied as
condition for your assistance.

Yours Faithfully, Dr. Jaja Kizito JajaBarrister at Law.
