"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: ATTENTION FROM Mr. Henry Tinza...!

FROM/ Henry TINZA

Dear Sir,
With due respect and sincere good will,I write you this letter, which I pray must be given quick attention as you recieve it.
I am Mr.Henry Tinza, the only son of Mr. Tinza,a white farmer from Zimbabwe, who was violently killed last september,2001 by the rampaging black of this country, following the directives of their president,Mr. Mohammed MUGABE against all the whte farmers in the country. As a result of my fathers untimely death and the siezure of our farm land,I was forced to leave the country in order to escape assasination. Before leaving,I took all my fathers personal documents and valueables.I left home two weeks ago to settle with some old friends in Abidjan because I can no longer accept the barbaric attitude of the blacks towards the white farmers in this country and the siezure of their farms and lands violently.I am writing you this letter to seek for sincere assistance and trust because I cannot return to Zimbabwe again untill after the election coming up I also my father fought so hard to aquire all these year during the apparthied period.
My late father deposited most of his finances with a security firm in Europe before his death and the total deposit is US$19.950 million. He kept this fund in a security measure because of the political crises in this country.I had previously wanted to go to Europe but on second thought I decided to contact you and ask for help.I want you to stand as a distant parent of the Tinza family and be my beneficiary for this fund before the security company.
I want to secure this fund in Europe with your help and no publicity over this matter.Though the company was told directly the exact content of the box in their custody. The Security firm will arrange on your instructions to transmit the fund offshore to your account. This, you surely shall make way for me.I count on you.Do not betray the trust I have put in you today.Kindly tell me your commission in this transaction and reply me immediately through my box. As soon as I recieve your positive response, I shall put you in contact with the Security firm so that we can conclude the formalities rapidly. I thank you in dvance for your understanding I wait for your reply.
Be well guided,
Henry TINZA
