"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

The total money in question is US$ 12.5 Million.

I want to make you to understand that TRUST is of vital importance in this project hence we need to trust each other as a matter of fact.

You should know that the fund is presently in a security company . The Security Company is known as Providence Insurance Finance Company CI.

(A) Can you be able to approach the security company where the funds is secured here in Abidjan so that we can retrieve and move to your country for settlement. or I am suggesting this to avoid any doubts because there is a saying that seeing is believing and furthermore it will give us ample opportunity of knowing each other better.

(B) Could you help me retrieve the consignment of funds if couriered with diplomatic immunity by a diplomat to your country. The Security Company where the funds is presently has diplomatic contact with some countries hence through good collaboration, They will be able to ship to you. i want you to understand that here I can not be the sender of consignment and at the same time be the reciepient in order not to raise any eyebrow from any quarters.
