"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Kindly Contact Impex Courier Company For The Delivery Of Your Atm Card


Attention Please,

We have Paid the Impex Courier and Security Company the
delivery fee for the delivery of your fund ($800.000.00)
which has been credited in an ATM MASTER CARD for easy and
safe delivery.But the manager of Central Bank Of West
African States Benin Republic told me that the ATM CARD will
be re-activated before sending it to you so that you will be
able to withdraw the whole $800.000.00 before it will
expire.So i told director of Impex Courier and Security
company to please help in re-activating the card before
delivering it to you, So the only fee you will pay him is
$115 re-activation charges to enable him re-activate the
card before sending it to you to avoid expiry.

Below is the needed information to enable them re-activate
and deliver your ATM MASTER CARD to you immediately.
Note: the only fee you have to pay them is $115usd that they
will use in re-activating the CARD and also indicate this
code (ISC0081) when writen or calling he director, because
it will prove that you are the owner of the ATM MASTER CARD.
