"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Hello dear,

Hello dear,
Quite frankly, I know it may sound pretty strange to you on How and why I contacted you, but simple reason was that we do not know each other before. It would be very difficult for me to contact anybody here who knows me for this purpose as I may stand the risk and chance of being betrayed because the person would have known my weaknesses, I may even lose my life on the long run but this is an exact opposite on contacting you a complete stranger to me. I always known that it would be very difficult if not totally impossible for someone who does not know me to hurt me over this funds. I believed in my heart that you will not fail me nor try to do anything funny nor betrayed me.
Although we have not met before but through email communication we can know each other very well.

Your profile pushed me to send you this mail,Actually, I am Miss.Sarah Prakash, 22years old and the only dauther of my late parents Mr.and Mrs.Christopher Prakash. My father was a highly reputable business magnet-(a cocoa merchant)who operated in the capital of Ivory coast during his days.
It is sad to say that he passed away mysteriously in France during one of his business trips abroad on the Day 12th.June 2007.Though his sudden death was linked or rather suspected to have been masterminded by an uncle of his who travelled with him at that time. But God knows the truth!
My mother died when I was just 3 years old,and since then my father took me so special. Before his death on June 12th 2007 he called me behind his bed and told me that he has the sum of Four Million, seven hundred thousand United State Dollars.(USD$4.700,000) deposited in one of the leading Security storage house here in abidjan (COTE D IVOIRE, IVORY COST).
He also told me that I should not let any of his relations to know about this because he was kiled by them and if they know about it, that they will do nothing but to kill me in other to take hold of every thing, He told me that I should seek for a foriegn partner abroad who will help me retreived the trunk box and also exept me and the family member's and also travel with him or her in other to continue my Live and Education and also to start a Bussines relationship with the person whom can take cere of me in the fuctureI would like you to give this a highly confidential approach.

He further told me that he deposited the money in my name. Now, i have went to the Security Storage House Company to claim the fund, they told me that i am too young to handle this fund, unless i reach 30years Old before they will release this fund to me. Dear One, i am only 22 years old dont know what to do,i can not wait till i reach 30 years old,due to my late Father reletives are wicked, they may kill me as they kill my father, i am pleading for you to help me stand in the Security Company as my foriegn partner to enable them release this money to you, so that i will come over to your peace full country to continue my education while you put the rest of the fund in a good profitable business investiment.
I am just 22 years old and a university undergraduate and really don't know what to do.This is because I have suffered a lot of set backs as a result of incessant political crisis here in Ivory coast. The death of my father actually brought sorrow to my life. I am in a sincere desire of your humble assistance in this way.Your suggestions and ideas will be highly regarded.

Now permit me to ask these few questions:-
1. Can you honestly help me as yours?
2. Can I completely trust you?
3. What percentage of the total amount in question
will be good for you ?
Please,Consider this and get back to me as soon as
possible.

I wait your response.
Thank you soo much for your understanding and may almighty God bless you and your Family,

Best regards,
Miss.Sarah Prakash
