"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Our sales procedure is as follows


1. THE BUYER OR HIS REPRESENTATIVE WILL COME TO THE
INTERNATIONAL WATERS WITH HIS MOTHER VESSEL

{a} THE BUYER SHOULD ALSO COME DOWM WITH A SHUTTLE VESSEL.


THE SHUTLE VESSEL SHOULD BE AT LEAST 3,500 tons.
This shuttle vessel will enable us in the creeks facilitate
the movement of the product to the mother vessel that
the buyer will anchor in the International waters.
Please Note that we can not sell millions of crude oil
to you at a go. We can sell up to 20,000 metrictons.
Depending on the buyer. If the buyer can not afford to
come down with a shuttle vessel, then we the seller
can arrange for one here on behalf the buyer.



2. Before the buyers commence his journey to Nigeria,
he shall furnish us with the particulars of his ship
and the flag the ship is carrying. This is to enable
us make adequate arrangement for the safe passage of
the buyer's ship to anchor in the waters. This
security situation shall be taken care by us.
This is not the responsibility of the buyer.


3. We shall load at least 3000 tons at a go via the
shuttle vessel to the mother ship. Once a shipment has
been made and the captain or the representative of the
buyer has as certained that the product have been
loaded from the shuttle vessel to the mother vessel,
payment for that shipment shall be made. The shuttle
vessel will then continue that process until the
10,000 or 20,000 tons is completed. The buyer's
vessel can now sail off.



4. The price is $50 dollars per barrel
For the sake of trust, If we have successfully done a
shipment without any hitch we can then negotiate with
the buyer via bank payment, but for mutual
understanding we have to go by this method.



NOTE/ NO UPFRONT PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE BY THE BUYER.
