"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear Friend,

I am writing to ask for your kind assistance to enableme execute a very lucrative and high profiting supplybusiness with you. It is with great pleasure to sharethis business opportunity with you. Please No Obligation.
I am very confident with trust and understanding, wewill execute this business to our mutual benefit andbelieve that you will not let down the trust andconfidence I am willing to repose in you.

I work for an Agricultural Firm as the CorporateAffairs Manager. Between the 17th - 19th of May, 2006 aseminar was held in Bouake, Cote d'ivoire of which Iattended. While in the Seminar, I was opportuned to meet the President of Khawar Koffa Farms, Alhaji Khawar Koffa.

Alhaji Khawar Koffa is an accomplished and widelyknown millionaire farmer in this part of the region. He has farms in different countries of West Africa. But above all, he is one of the greatest supplier of cattles, beef and other diary products in this part of the West Coast. On knowing my profession, He took me into confidence by informing me about the purchase of a particular but very rare medicine for his cattles.
He informed me that he buys this product at$5,000.00USD per carton, and that he mostly buys tothe excess of 850 cartons. He also informed me that hewas only asking me to find out if my organisationcould source for him a cheaper supplier consideringthe recent trend of falls in the general price of beefin the world market which is affecting hisbusiness.

Back in my office, I discussed this proposal with myboss and he decided to handle the supply by himself. We carried out a market research and discovered thatwe could purchase these medicine somewhere cheaper inEurope for $2,000.00 USD per carton. We moved proposalto Khawar Koffa Farms to make the supply to them at$4,800.00 USD per carton of which he accepted.
Owing to my role in the transaction, I had anagreement with my Boss to be receiving 15% of whatevergain is made on each supply of which he agreed. But onthe completion of the supply and the receipt of thepayment, my boss renegade on ouragreement and refusedto give me my share of the profit. Since then ourrelationship has been at its low ebb. I have since accepted it as one of life experiences.

However as God may have it, I intercepted a recentletter of request from Alhaji Khawar Koffa asking myboss to supply him with 1250 cartons of the sameproduct as soon as possible. I seized the letter and personally contacted him and informed them that I can introduce them to the producer who is ready to supply them the product at $4,400.00 USD if he will pay in advance as he usually does. He was very pleased and is right now waiting to be contacted by my partner.
We will buy the medicine at $2,000.00 USD from Europeand sell at $4,400.00 USD to Khawar Koffa Farms with himfirst paying 50% of our quoted price as mobilisation.I will be entitled to 30% of whatever profit we makeafter the deduction of all expenses.

If you are interested and capable of handling thissupply with me, kindly get back to me urgently so thatI can furnish you with more details and the contactsof the manufacturing company in Europe and that ofKhawar Koffa Farms.

Kindly be notified that at no point in time should youlet Khawar Koffa Farms to know that you are not theproducer of the medicine and we should never allowthem to know the contact of our real source in Europeso that they would'nt boycott us to deal directly withthem.

I will very much apprecaite you include your telephone number, so that i will call you for more detailed discussion on our next step.

Anticipating to hear from you soonest.

Sincerely Yours,

Mr. Gobert Omaha
