My Dearest Helper in the Lord,
I wish to let you know that my chosen you in this transaction is not carnal but through the direction of God who has been my guide since the death of my parents.
My names are Miss Janet Laurent 19 years old a student and I am writing you from my home in Santa Clara, about 165 miles east of Havana, the Capital City of Cuba.
Santa Clara is known for two landmarks; The famous Revolutionary, the
Guevara is buried here; and it is home to one of Cuba's largest
universities, La Universidad Central "Martha Abreu" de Las Villas. This is a
compelling story, and I beg you to be patient and read through to the
end.
I was adopted in 1988, at age 8 months by Mr. and Mrs.Laurent, the
Sugar and tobacco millionaire. My adoption brought so much controversy that my late parents Mr.and Mrs.Laurent was forced by his family to put me into a foster home at age 3 years where I stayed until maturity.
But it is sad to say that he died mysteriously after he returned from Cote d'Ivoire during one of his business trips in the year April 12th 2005.
Though his sudden death was linked or rather suspected to have been masterminded by an uncle of his who travelled with him at that time on a business negotiation in Cote d'Ivoire.
But God knows the truth! My step mother died when I was just 3 years old,and since then my father took me so special as their only daughter and child.
Before his death on April 12th, 2005 he called the secretary who accompanied him to the hospital and told him that he has the sum of Eighteen Million United State Dollars only.(USD$18,000,000) he carefully packed in a metalic trunk box and deposited in a security company in Cote d'Ivoire during one of his business trips there also.
According to his secretary Mrs.GLADIS JONES she said my late father did not disclose to the security company in Cote d'Ivoire where he deposited the money the content of the trunk box as money rather it was registered as his family valuables for security reasons and safety of the money.
He further told her that he deposited the trunk box which contains the money in my name as the next of kin and beneficiary as his only child(Daughter) My late father's secretary told me that my late father prepared a WILL in my name which he which was filed in the trunk box deposit records and copy was kept in the security company for my future claim and retriving of the trunk box from the security company custody in Cote d'Ivoire.
After the death of my parents,my late father's relatives started maltreating me and confisticating all my late father left behind for my future surviving. I looked left and right and could not know what to do,I entered into praying and fasting for a reliable and honest person whom i will entrust the only hope for my future that i am in possession of for future investment in any good business.
Right now,i am badly maltreted by these wicked relative of my father just because of the wealth of my father they are confisticating. I am stranded and confused here in Cuba.
Now I am seeking your assistance to help me to claim and retrive the trunk box in your name as the new next of kin and owner on my behalf and invest the money for me which you shall be absolutely in control of the business.
I cannot claim it myself and because i do not want these wicke relatives not to know about this trunk box which if they know about this trunk box that contains the US$18M,they will collect the trunk box deposit certificate from me and claim the box from the security company.This is why i am seeking for your help as a foreigner to claim it from the company in your name as the new beneficiary and next of kin on my behalf.
My helper,as soon as you retrive it from the security company there in Cote d'Ivoire and receive it in your possession,you open it and send me part of the money for me to use and secure my travel documents secretly and come over to your country to live a peaceful life and continue my education which is terminated since the death of my father.
I have no other choice than trusting you a total foreigner this my future furtune than allowing these wicked relatives of my father to know about the fund.
