In the wake of the Gulf War of 1990, our family withdrew most of our funds from the coded bank accounts we used in safeguarding it from Saddam Hussein and hide it in a secret chamber underground, where it remained safe until after the war.
At the end of Gulf war, we moved the funds into a private vault of a security company in Baghdad, where it has remained until the fall of the wicked/terrorist government of Saddam Hussein. Prior to the ouster and fall of the regime of Saddam Hussein by the American and British forces, and the eventual looting of most public institutions, we realized that the safety of our deposit with the Security Company was in great danger.
However, we have been able to move the box/vault containing the fund totaling US$14.7 Mill ion from the Safe Deposit Company out of Iraq under diplomatic cover with the help of a United States Marine Sgt.James). Presently Iraq is engulfed in serious crisis and as this crisis intensified by the day, I have decided to relocate out of Iraq to another country as life in Iraq would no longer interest us.
I am therefore soliciting for your co-operation to take delivery of this fund into your custody for any profitable investment that will be mutually beneficial for both of us. I will send to you the issued deposit documents and change of ownership documents that will empower you and to ensure smooth movement of this funds overseas where it is kept now until you are in control of it.
