"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

------------------------------
Good Morning to you.

I am happy to got your contact from a reliable source, http://www.yumidi.com/phonecards/adverts.html

My chief aim of writing is to establish friendship with your good self. However, I plead that you should not allow Race, Religion or nationality to be hindrance for accepting me as friend. I can assure you that this friendship will benefit both of us dearly.

My name is Mr. Peter Oko, 26 years old and a citizen of Liberia. Presently, my junior sister and I are residing in the Bujumbura Refugee Camp in Ghana. My lovely mother died when I was 18 years old. Please I will like you to try as much as possible to understand my situation. My late father was the Chairman of the Electricity Company of Liberia. Unknown killers assassinated him. Before his death, he had told me about his business dealings.

Fortunately, before his death, he had told me about the sum of US$1,000,000.00 United States dollars he deposited in a prime Bank in Spain. The money US$1,000,000.00 is being given to my father by some Rebel forces to purchase ammunition to support the lengthy war in my country, Liberia. Nevertheless, my father, who does not fancy bloodshed, failed their agreement by diverting the funds. By then, travel to Spain and deposited the Money in a prime Bank.

Because of the above, my father was killed and until now, the rebels are still after us. They have sworn to wipe our family. However, I just thank God for protecting my little sister and me. We had to run away from our country simply because we do not know exactly who those rebels are. They are deadly and hidden. I can say that my sister and I are somehow safe here in Ghana. At the same time, we do not want to stay in Africa since they can easily trace us. That is why I we need an outside help.

I will like you to help stand as my partner to claim back the money from the Bank in Spain and help me locate any profitable investment that I can invest my money in your country. Immediately after the money is retrieved and transferred to your country, you will help us to migrate to your country. Please, this transaction is 100% risk-free and very confidential.

Now permit me to ask these few questions:
1. Can you honestly help me from your heart?
2. Can I completely trust you?
3. What percentage of the total amount in question will be good for you after the deposit is transferred to your care?

Please reply soon and let me have your phone number. You can call me directly with my mobile number 00233245162623.

Best regards.

Mr. Peter Oko
