Permit me to inform you about my desire to go into business relationship with you.
I am Williams Koffi the only son of late Dr.Koffi Adams, my father was a very rich cocoa merchant, based in Sudan, before he was poisoned to death by his business associates on one of their outings to discuss on a business deal.
Before the death of my father in a private hospital where he was admitted in my country Congo, he called me secretly to his bed side and told me that he kept a sum of us$16 million dollar (Sixteen Million U.S.Dollar) deposited in a private security company in Ghana west Africa That he used my name Williams Koffi as the next of kin in deposit of the fund he also explained to me that it was because of this money he was poisoned by his business partner and that I should seek for a foreign partner in any country of my choice where I would transfer this money and use it for an investment purpose, such as: real estate investment or stock market investment and he also said we should not invest this funds here in Africa due to economical instability facing Africa countries and reasons best know to him. I am honorably soliciting your kind assistance as follows.
To assist I and my mother claim this funds from the security company here in Ghana to you in your country so that I and my mother can come over to you and invest with the funds, this funds are lodged in two trunk box [consignments] without the security company knowing the content of the consignment, because it was deposited by my late father as a family belongings so that the officials of the security company will not raise eyebrow to the funds. right now am is seeking a political asylum here in Ghana as a refugee .we have made our intention known to the security company that very soon my foreign partner will be coming to withdraw the boxes for me in their security company. And the director has assured me of their readiness to release the boxes [consignments] to you on demand.
To make arrangement for me in your country to continue my educational Career and to procure me a residential permit in your country’s as soon as the consignment have been delivered to you through the diplomatic carrier of the security company. I will offer you 35% of the total sum of the money from the fund as compensation to you after the fund get to your country. Please, I will be very happy if this transaction will be concluded as soon as possible. I am expecting hearing from you as soon as possible.
N.B: I will like you to give me your direct telephone and fax number in your reply of this proposal. And note that we have all legal documents backing up the claims which shall be send to you on demand, And please you should keep this transaction confidential until the consignment have been claimed by you and delivered to you in your country by the security company and I and my mother have come over to you,
