"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

ATTENTION:

I know you will be surprise to receive this letter from me, since you do
not know me personally, I am Mr.Raph Ndlovu, the only son of Late Mr. Stephen
Ndlovu who was recently murdered in a land dispute in Zimbabwe. Actually
I got your contact address from the internet here in South Africa when I
was making an intensive research for my investment in your country then
I decided to contact you directly .

Before the death of my father, he had taken me to Johannesburg to deposit
the sum of US$20.5Million (Twenty Million Five Hundred Thousand United State
Dollars) as if he foresaw the looming danger in Zimbabwe. The money was
deposited in one strong metal box as gemistone in one of the top security
and finance company here in South Africa. This money he intended to use
in purchasing of new machines for the farms and establishment of a new farm
in Swaziland.

This land problem started when the president of Zimbabwe Mr. Robert Mugabe,
introduced a new land act, which wholly affected the rich white farmers
and some few black farmers. This resulted in the killing and mob action
by the Zimbabwean war veterans and some lunatic in the society, in fact
a lot of people have been killed because of this land reform act, of which
my father was one of the victims.

Currently, my mother and I are staying in South Africa as asylum seeker
(Refugees) but our problem is that as a refugees, we do not enjoy some certain
right, because the South African foreign exchange policy and human right
law SECTION 22 OF THE REFUGEES ACT NO.130 OF 1998 that does not allow asylum
seekers to own an investment, nor to operate any form of bank account or
to be involved in any financial transaction. It is against this background
that I decided to transfer this money out of South Africa, and am saddled
with the responsibility of seeking a genuine foreign account into which
this money could be transferred to.

As someone whom I am going to entrust my future and that of my family in
his hand, I must let you know that this transaction is risk free as all
the legal documents of the deposition of my father's consignment in the
security company is intact, which he did on my name. If you agree to assist
my family, all I want you to do is to come down here in Johannesburg, South
Africa so that you can open a non-resident account, which will aid us in
transferring this money into any of your nominated overseas bank account.

I have two options for you, would you like to have some percentage of this
money, I have mapped out 25% for your assistance 5% for any expenses incurred
in this transaction and the rest I intend to invest it in your country.

The second option is to go into partnership with me in any investment I
would have in your country. Please contact me on the above phone number
OR email[ raphndlovu@myway.com]
for more information's regards to this transaction.

Yours Truly,

Mr. Raph Ndlovu.
(For the family).
