"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear friend,

I know that this is not the best way to contact you with
this proposal, considering the act of fraud in the world together. but this
is the easiest and cheapest medium for me that is why i am doing so.
My name is Wilson Sahiru i am 22yrs old from the Republic of Sudan and the
only surving son of Dr. Benjamine Sahiru a former oil and steel engineer
based in the southern part of sudan who was involved in a plane crash along
side with six Ukrainians supplying aid to Sudan victims. They went to the
united Arab emirates to seek for alms for those affected by the war and
on their way to sudan the plane crashed in the desert killing all of them
on board.
My late father was a very hard working man whom has contributed to the assistance
of orphanage homes and churches in the whole of africa. He was a man who
likes travelling and has travelled to many countries in the world based
on his humanitarian assistance and job to be precise. Now the life of my
family has been turned up side down and the only thing left for me as the
only son of my father is the money he deposited with a bank in Ghana.
During the time he was working with the government, he had saved this money
as an engineer working with foreign oil investors.
Please i am seeking your assistance because the bank has asked me to provide
a foreign beneficiary to help me transfer the fund since i am a refugee.
this is why i am contacting and you and i plead with you I would like to
know from you what percentage of the fund would you take for norminating
your account.
What area of investment opportunites are sure in your country.
Would you like to be my foreign partner so that we invest the fund together.
Please come up with your full information and i shall have time to time
discussions with you before i can give you deposit slip and the contact
of the bank.
Please i want you to treat this as a confidential proposal and may God bless
you.

Yours Faithfully,
Wilson Sahiru
