Before the loan must be advanced, you must provide the following information:
(1) Name and address of Bank where you operate the line of credit,
(2) Line ofcredit account number,
(3) Account Name,
(4) Address of property if your line of credit is Equity and last FOUR digits of your social security,
5) Your residential or business address,
(6) Toll free number of your bank and
(7) Credit Limit. The Financier will
need the information above as he ought to know your capacity as well as the fact his loan must be safeguarded. Once the loan ($250,000.00) is in your account, you will be directed on how to disburse (transfer) the money in parts to the accounts that Will facilitate the documentations. As soon as the documents are perfected, the money will then be remitted to your account. Get back to us and hence indicate your willingness to accept the loan arrangement so that we can commence work.
