I managed to escape to this country ( Cote d’Ivoire ) where my late father bank offsure because of his political ambition, I came through the help of the International Rescue Committee (IRC). Before my late father died finally in the royal cross hospital he drew my attention to one of his access with SGBCI Bank Cote d’ivoire with some large deposit amount of $8,000.000.00 dollars which he smuggled out during his tenure in government before the start of the war, My father told me that he deposited these funds under business incorporated with my name as the next of kin through the help of his foreign partners, he also gave me the certificate of deposit and some other papers issued to him by the finance company, which I still have in my possession.
The problem I have is that as a refugee the banks requires me to present and my late fathers foreign partner who will stand and recieve this funds as my beneficiary because the economic law of this country does not allow foreigners to transfer out such huge funds without proper arrangements and government approved, I do not want to seek the assistance of just anybody for fear of being duped or cheated of my only livelihood. My father deposited the property in my name because of my future. I seriously need your help to move these funds out of this country because if I tamper with it here in Africa , government may seize it because of my late fathers ambition and since he was accused and probed of looting the covernment economy oversaes before they killed him, I am 18 years old now, please help me for God sake because I am suffering now. The only thing holding me here in this country is to have access to my inheritance transferred overseas, the life inside refugee camp is not easy, it a very bad situation, hence the British Government and UN is not really taking care of me.
I have make necessary arrangement legitimately with the bank management for the release of the funds out of this country, only what I need is someone who will receive it in abroad that is why I contacted you to cash this fund for me and buy me my traveling ticket to your country. I intend to invest the money on a good business like estate managment, at the same time we will use part to assist the orphanage Child who are suffering like me, most especially we the refugees.
