Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Please i am sorry for any imbarrasment because i know this message will be a surprise to you, but With due respect trust and humanity. I write you this letter which I believe, would be of great interest to you.

My name is Monalisa Chinda, i am a Ghanaian i am 22 years old ,as a matter of fact My parents are risiding in IVORY COAST while i am schooling in Ghana, my dad is an international bussiness man, an importer of electronic items such as TELEVISION, RADIOSETS,FREEDGES, FAN,E.T.C, i am the only child and daugther of my parents but right now i am in a deep problem and i need urgent assistance,

Though i do not know how familia you are with the news about my countinent africa but the news is all over BBC and CNN, just not too long ago there had a plane crash in the capital city (Abuja) of a country called nigeria and all the people in it where dead, hundred and seventeen people(117) and my dad and mum were victims of that fatal tragedy and they died, they went for our church confrence that holds every year because the confrence holds in the head quarters in nigeria, and they have been buried, You see that is how i became parentless but i stilL believe that God is with me.

But the problem i have now is my people i mean my relations, they kept on calling me everyday to come home and hand over everything that my dad had to them, they have even sent one of my uncle to the CITY to come and help me gather everything because according to the tradition of my people they said that a woman does not inherite anything if the parents happens to die unless a man, and assuming that i am a man i shouldn't have been in this problem, but my dad when he was alive He always tells me that those people (i meen our relatives) are evil all they plan is people's down fall they want to collect everything that my dad left for me, but i have a plan i will prove them wrong and that is why i need your urgent assistance in this thing.

You see, i ask my dady's bank manager because i knew that my dad will have a lot of money in the bank and his bank manager confirmed that my dad has four million U.S dollars (4.000.000.00) in the bank and that it has even been a long time my dad kept the money in a suspence account, and the worst part of it now is that, that my uncle they sent from home knows about this money because he heared about it the very day i was discussing about the money with the bank manager,

So please i want you to help me, all i want you to do is to stand as my dady's foreigen business associate so that i will tell the bank manager that i want the money to be transfered into any account you may provide for the transfer, and i am ready to give you 25% of the money 10% for every neccessary expences on the process and 65% for me because i am planing to come over to your country so that i can invest my own share of the money and also continue my education in peace, and why i am also planing to come over to your country to invest and continue my education . Because of the constant war presently here in IVORY COAST, and please remember everything need ed to be done fast because you know delay could be dangerous, and besides i have explained to you the presure being put on me each day, so please if you are willing to help me do send your reply imediately via this same address so as to proceed imediately.
