How do you do with your family? I presume that all is well with you. Sorry If this may inconvenience you, I am contacting you in respect of an unclaimed sum of money in a suspense account with our bank here in Ouagadougou, Burkina-Faso.
My names are; Claude Michell, a staff of audit and accounting department ( Bank Of Africa) Ouagadougou, Burkina-Faso . I got your contact from the international business directory when I was searching a foreigner who will assist me in a profitable business deal that will yield us lifetime success.
Before I wrote you, I prayed that you will be a honest and reliable person whom I can work with to achieve this deal of our life.
During our last audit exercise of the departmental customers file to submit to the bank management for the annual audit of the year, I discovered a huge amount of money in a Suspense account in my branch belonging to one of our customer; a property magnate and popular American star (Anna Nicole Smith), who made a numbered fixed deposit for 18 calendar months, value at Sixty Million United States Dollars (USD60m).
Upon maturity several notices were sent to her, even during her illness, which began in 2004. Again, another notification was sent and still no response came from her. We later found out that Anna Nicole Smith and her only son who is the only beneficiary to this fund are both dead.

Since the bank got information about the death of this deceased woman, the bank have been expecting her beneficiary to apply for claim of this fund but unfortunately I learnt through investigations that her beneficiary being her only son had died even before her death and her lawyer boyfriend is looking for an opportunity to confiscate her properties valued at ($1.6 Billion US Dollars) without changing her will nor the documents which she used in depositing this funds to her only son's name while she was still alive.
So, Sixty million United States Dollars is still lying in my bank, and no one to claim it. What bothers me most is that according to the laws of my country, at the expiration of 3 years if no one comes up for the claim of such amount of money, the funds will reverted to the ownership of the French Government.
Against this backdrop, my proposal to you is that I will like you as a foreigner to stand as the next of kin/beneficiary to Anna Nicole Smith so that you will be able to receive her funds into your nominated account as the next of kin or relation to the deceased customer.
For us to achieve this business immediately, the percentage ratio for sharing this money after a successful wire transfer of the fund to you must be arranged accordingly upon your confirmation of your interest.
Thereafter I will visit your country for sharing modalities of percentages agreed upon by both of us.
Please I would like you to know the following information.
(1.) There is no risk involved at all in this matter, as we are going to adopt a legalized method and an attorney will prepare all the necessary documents to be changed into your own name for you to be able to claim this money while your personality and reputation will be protected and undisclosed.
(2.) I want you to know that I have everything carefully planned. I have contacted an attorney that will prepare the necessary documents that will back you up as the next of kin to Anna Nicole Smith.
(3.) You will not face any circumstances beyond our control because the application will bear the brief information of the deceased which the bank may like to know.
(4.) Please endeavor to observe utmost discretion in all matters concerning this issue. Should you be interested please send me your full names, private phone/fax numbers and contact address .
For the immediate transfer of this fund into your bank account as arranged, you must apply first to the bank as the only existing next of kin to the deceased customer by indicating in the text of application your bank account information where you will request the bank to transfer the fund.
If you accept to assist me in order to achieve this great business, I will send to you through email or by fax an application form of claim which you will fill with your account information and send to the bank for the transaction to start immediately.
You are pleased advised to follow my advise for this transaction to be completed within a short time.
