"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Sir,

Good morning,

How are you doing today? I got your esteemed contact through the publication of a magazine and your profile is quite remarkable.

It's my pleasure to introduce this investment proposal to you. I, m Michael David, first cousin to Honourable Jacob Zuma the immediate past Vice president of Republic of South Africa and currently the Chairman of African National Congress (ANC),. Presently I am residing in England and am sourcing for a credible and trustworthy individual that we could partner with for viable investment opportunities.

In the interim, we have substantial amount (US$38M) drposited in a Security Vault here in Europe, to invest in any meaningful high yield venture, be it in shares, partnership, real estates, hotel acquisition or out right purchase of business will be welcomed.

The Politician has sought for this for him to have where to fall back, in the case he lost out in his presidential ambition for the coming general election in South Africa, the remote reason he was schemed from office by his political rivals

The recent policy of the European Union and the United States has placed African leaders in a difficult position to place huge sums of money to foreign bank account without passing through a business transaction. I, therefore suggest that you source for a good business to invest this money in question as your interest will be highly protected.

Please confirm your interest through this e-mail and more details will be given to you.

Best Regard.

Michael David
