"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I am Mr. Kpessou David Technou from Benin Republic; I am a UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) officer working at Lokossa Refugee camp in Benin Republic as a UNHCR community officer.

I have two orphans from Sudan who are at present, taking refuge in our camp. They wants to relocate to India for their education and investment of their inheritance.

Their late father was once a formal minister of petroleum in Sudan, who was killed by the Darfuri rebel group during the Sudanese war.

They recently confided in me about their inheritance of US$5million which they are yet to claim from the depository bank where their late father deposited it during the war for safety. They do not want to go back to Sudan, due to the ugly experience of losing their family in the war which they are yet to come out of the trauma especially, the young girl. So they sought my assistance to help them relocated to a place like your country where they will start a new life.

I went through your reputable profile and I see you as soneone that can help them on their request. It is on this bases that i contact you to know if you can be kind to assist them come over to your country for their education and investment of their inheritance, which you will manage for them until they are through with their educations.

If you are interested, please reply for more details. You can reach me on 00229 93 74 44 40.
