"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dearest one,
I am very happy contacting you believing that you will be a good and sincere person.
I am Mrs Safine Asarana 36years from Ivory Coast, the wife of late Mr Kalunta Asarana who died in a fatal accident in one of his business trip in south Africa last 2 years.

I have only one son Berneth who is 18 this year.
I got infected with HBP after the shock of the death of my husband which resulted to a daily check-up in a private hospital in my country.

I have been spending a lot of money in treating my illness still to no avail. I am presently in a hospital where the specialist discovers that I have a short time to live as I have another illness called cancer of the lungs.

I don really know what to do, pray to God to save my soul as I am going to die but the only thing bothering me now is my only son who I am going to leave in the state of orphanage.

My husband deposited the sum of $5.5 million dollar in a financial institution which I will need your sincerity/trust in assistance me transfer it to your account then use it to take care of my son Berneth as your own son and for him to come over to your country also to further his educational carrier.

I will give you more details and how to execute the fund . I would like your earnest co-operation also promise me that you will keep this matter confidential as this is my life.

May the Lord bless you as you pray for my health.
From Mrs. Safine Asarana
