"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

May the blessing of Allah be upon you and grant you the wisdom and sympathy to understand my situation and how much I need your help. I am Mr Bangura Cisse, the son of Coulibaly Cisse a Gold and diamonds exporter. I am writing to express my interest in real estate or landed properties in your country. Though my father died during a political conflict months ago. Before his untimely death, he instructed me to leave the country for my safety and start up a business somewhere out side Africa .

The sum of ($19.000.000 million US Dollars) was deposited in at the Bank by my late father with my name as the next of kin.The fund are sealed and deposited in the Bank Vault as family treasures.I started searching on the internet where I got your email contact address.No one else is aware of my proposal to you. Due to social, economic and political instability in African region I decided to seek your assistance in transfering this money to your country for profitable and lucrative investments in your country.I have information of the deposit at the bank but I can not help myself if let alone this is why i seek your kind help.
Transaction of this nature demands the highest trust and confidence between yourself, company and myself.Please, if interested to help me, I will be glad to disclose more information to you before we move to the Bank for the claiming exercise of my rightful inheritance.Please reply very urgently.
