"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear one,

Good day and God Bless you.

Your profile pushed us to send you this mail, I am Miss tarte udo and ennis
kwame, and the only son of Dr. and Mrs. FRANCIS kwame,

My father was a highly reputable business magnet (a cocoa merchant) who
operated in the capital of Ivory coast. It is sad to say that he passed
away mysteriously in France during one of his business trips abroad on
12th. June. 2006. Though his sudden death was linked or rather suspected
to have been masterminded by an uncle of his who travelled with him at
that time. But God knows the best for us!

our mother died when we are just 8 years old, and since then my father took
us so special. Before his death last June 2006 he called the secretary who
accompanied him to the hospital and told him that he has the sum of 6
million, four hundred thousand United State Dollars.(USD$6.400,000) he
deposited in a Truck box with a Security company here in Abidjan, Cote d'
ivoire. He further disclose to me that he did deposit the Truck box as
FAMILY TREASURES for security reasons and he use my name as the beneficiary
of the Truck Box. finally he issued a written instruction for me at the
hospital before he died, but since we went back to Congo my uncle
threathened to kill us because the secretary linked the secret to him, we
decided and fled the country.

Now I do not know what to do, I have the documents of the money but my
age is depriving me of the claim due to the mandate my father reached with
company that no member of his family has any right to the money, this was
primarily due to his brother, my uncle.

I am just 21 years old an undergraduate and really don't know what to do.
This is because we have suffered a lot of set backs as a result of
incessant political crisis here in Ivory coast. The death of our father
actually brought sorrow to our life.

we are in a sincere desire of your humble assistance in this regards.Your
suggestions and ideas will be highly regarded.

Dear one, please we are honourably seeking your assistance to assist us in
claiming out this Truck box from the security company and transfer this
money into your accounts overseas and also stand as a guardian to us. I
also want you to stand as a guardian to us in investing this money into any
lucrative business in your country.
we will also like you to make arrangement for me and my younger sister
tarte to further our Education and to help us invest this money in your
country,

Now permit me to ask these few questions:-

1. Can you honestly help us as your son daughter or friend?

2. Can we completely trust you?

3. What percentage of the total amount in question willbe good for you
after the money is in your account?

Please, Consider this and get back to us as soon as possible. Please, get
back to us through the above email address to enable us inform you the
requirement before the transfer of the money into your account . Email us
and Please send your reply to us with this above email address,
Thanks for your kindness and God bless you.

Sincerely,
ennis & tarte kwame
