Mukele, Vice-Chairman, Electoral Commission of Kenya Habel J.Nyamu, MBS,Commissioner, Electoral Commission of Kenya, Ambassador Jack B., and my self Mr. Kukno Tobam account general and other directors,itwas unanimously agreed that about eight of us, namely Samuel M.Kivuitu, Gabriel K. Mukele, Habel J. Nyamu, MBS, Ambassador Jack B.,and my self Mr. Kukno Tobam and few others handling strategy position who were been targeted by the opposition parties should go on asylum in Nigeria with the help of the former UN secretary general Kofi Annan who is
a Ghanian and have good relationship with Nigerian Government, we all agreed to do so for peace to reign and for the safety of our life and property, on our leaving our country to Nigeria, we were opportune to come to Nigeria with a huge sum of $30 millon inside our Bargages which was tagged Diplomatic Personal Effect which was delivered with the help of Ghanian embassy and the Nigeriaian authorities to Nigeria.
