With honest,love and trust. I have a proposal for you this however is not mandatory nor will i in any manner compel you to honour against your will.
My name is Faatin Rahman , 22 years old and the only Duaghter of my late parents Mr. and Mrs Seyed Rahman.
My father was a highly reputable busnness magnet-(cocoa merchant) he based here in Abidjan Cote d'Ivoire) during his days.
It is sad to say that he passed away mysteriously in France during one of his business trips abroad year 12th. Febuary 2003. Though his sudden death was linked or rather suspected to have been masterminded by an uncle of his who travelled with him at that time.
But God knows the truth!
My mother died when I was just 4 years old,and since then my father took me so special. Before his death on Febuary 2004 he called the secretary who accompanied him to the hospital and told him that he has the sum of Eight million, five hundred thousand United State Dollars.
(USD$8.500,000)deposited in a suspence account with one of the famos bank here in Abidjan Cote D'Ivoire for safe keeping that he used my name as his beloved daughter for the next of kin in depositing the money.
He also explained to me that it was because of his wealth that he was poisoned by his uncle who traveled with him. that I should seek for a foreign partner in a country of my choice where I will transfer this money and use it to take care of my self and make sure that i finish my education in
the country.
I am just 22 years old and a university undergraduate and really don't know what to do.
Now I seeking for your kind assistace to help me claim the money from the claim and trasfer this money in your account and country for investment purpose and also finish my education in your country. This is because I have suffered a lot of set backs as a result of incessant political crisis
here in Cote d'Ivoire.
The death of my father actually brought sorrow to my life. Dear,I am in a sincere desire of your humble assistance in this regards.
Your suggestions and ideas will be highly regarded.
Now the problem is this ;I don't want to continue staying here in Africa, I want to travel abroad to stay and finish my studying ,because without the education and knowledge i can't be able to stand firm when ever i decide to settle down in Africa.

1,Can you honestly help me as your my guardian to claim this fund from the bank and transfer it to any account you will provide in your country?
2,Can I completely trust you as my own father?
3,What percentage of the total amount in question will be good for you after the money is in your care?
4,To make arrangement for me to come over to your country to futher my education and to help me secure a residential permit in your country.
