Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

WARM GREETINGS FROM LADY AMINA ABDULKARIM

My greetings to you and your lovely family! This mail might come to you as a
surprise and the temptation to ignore it as unserious could come into your
mind; but please consider it a divine wish and accept it with a deep sense
of humility .My name is Amina Abdulkarim. I was married to late Osman
Abdulkarim of blessed memory who is an oil explorer in Libya and Kuwait for
twelve years before he died in the year 2002. we were married for twelve
years with one Child my son Ahmed Abdulkarim .My husband died after a brief
illness that lasted for only four days. since his death I too have been
battling with both cancer and fibroid problems.

when my late husband was alive he deposited a substantial amount of money in
millions of dollars with a deposit company oversea. recently, my doctor told
me that i have only six months to live due to cancer problem. though what
disturbs me most is my stroke sickness and my son Ahmed. having known my
condition i decided to seek a God fearing individual that will aid and help
my son Pius live a life that is well deserving for him so in this Regard I
contacted Mr. Edward Ringer a United States Citizen

I took this decision because my son does not have anybody apart from me in
this world and my husband relatives are into radical organization and ever
since my husband died they have taken control of everything my husband left
as an inheritance for his only son and i don't want a situation where after
my death my son will be robbed off his right and this money will be used in
an unholy manner. hence the reasons for this bold decision.The funds are in
two consignment boxes presently in America and the funds got there through
the aid of a diplomatic official named Diplomat Ras Kombo.

The week Diplomat Ras Kombo was supposed to have delivered the consignment
to Mr Edward Ringer, upon his arrival at the Airport in America and after
clearing the consignment from the Airport, he called Mr. Edward Ringer to
tell him the description to his house for the delivery, but his wife
answered the call and told Diplomat Ras Kombo that her husband Mr. Edward
Ringer had a fatal car accident which lead to his death some few hours
later. Mr. Edward Ringer had already paid the demurrage from the security
company, he paid for Bullion van that took the consignment to the airport
and he paid for custom check report he also assisted us in getting the DRUG
/ ANTI TERRORIST CERTIFICATE, which is so expensive that he spent 25
thousand united states dollars(US$25,000) to acquire it, but unfortunately
he died in a car accident, that was why Diplomat Ras Kombo had to deposit
the consignment with a warehouse over there in America and called us to
inform us about what is happening, and told me to look for a new beneficiary
to receive the consignment.

I don't need any telephone communication in this regard because of my
health, because of the presence of my husband's relatives around me always.
I don't want them to know about this development as soon as i receive your
reply on email, I shall give you further directives on what to do and how to
go about actualizing this project.

I will also issue a letter of authority to the deposit company authorizing
them that the said fund have being willed to you and a copy of such
authorization will be forwarded to you. i want you to always pray for me.
any delay in your reply will give room in sourcing for an organization or a
devoted individual for this same purpose.
