Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Rough stones are generally available at or below ADTEC pricing. With your signed LOI on corporate letterhead (made to SELLER OF RECORD) and BCL/POF (used internally only to verify), an FCO is created.

In most cases, product is shipped to Malca Amit or Brink's worldwide. Diamond prices will include CIF markup, tabletop transaction and transport.
