My intention is to go into the cultivation of these plant and install commercial medium scale bio-diesel refinery in your country. The second project is on Real Estate. I do understand that real estate is a fast moving business but sometime is constrained by some negative government policies just like any other country. My reason to contact you is prompted on the conviction that you will give an independent opinion and analysis about investment condition in your country. I also would like to partner with you in this venture. You do not have to worry about finance as I will finance the project. I only need your assistance in the area of saucing out land in your country and help in management of the project. I shall pay for the land but I would like the land transaction to be on lease either from govt or the direct owner. You shall have 25 percent share in the company.
I would like you to look into these two projects and advise me on which we can undertake in your country.
