Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Kong now with the Sum of Fourty Five Million Eight Hundred Thousand US
Dollars ($45,800.000.00) that I would like to invest in your country through
your help if possible because of my present health situation?

I made this money through a contract awarded to me by the Ministry of
Petroleum and Energy during the renovation of KANAGAWA* *REFINERY
IN KAWASAKI JAPAN and I am not safe if I go back to Japan because I did not
finish the contract because of circumstances, I hope you will understand my
situation and assist me to invest this money properly as this is my only
hope.
