"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Greeting to you, I know this letter will definitely come to you as a
surprise.

I am Mark Sossou, from Darfur in Sudan. I am an orphan being that I lost my
parents on 20th November 2004 in the latest internal political crisis
between the Rebels, Lead by Mr. Nasir Al-Tijani, in which many lives and
properties were destroyed.

My father, Eng. Dantata Sossou was serving as the chairman Khor Abeche Local
Government Diamond/Gold miners association, of Darfur in Sudan until his
death. The rebels following the political uprising assassinated him last
November 20th 2004. And ever since then we have been passing through bad
times here in the refugee camp,of Republic of Benin.

Please, I am writing you for assistance to help us claim our fathers money
deposited in a Security company the sum of $7.5m, on receipt of this letter
and acceptance I will funish you on what to do to make the claim in the
security company.

I will be grateful to hear from you soon through my privte box ; **
