"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

House of Senate, on behalf of the Federal Republic of Nigerian Government,
Under the auspices of the civilian Head of State, President Umar Musa Yar\'Adua
and the Governor of Central Bank Of Nigeria , Prof Charles Soludo held a
meeting last week concerning payment , both foreign and local contractors and
some inheritance funds.

On going through files last week, we discovered that your file was dumped
untreated , so at this juncture, we apologize for the delay of your payment
and what you have gone through in other to receive but no revail.

However,your contract profile is still reflecting in our central computer as
unpaid contractor while auditing was going on.It was resolved after the Board
meetings today by the fund Remittance office to release all outstanding
payment waiting for transfer as we began this first fiscal payment of the
year.Please you are to reconfirm full name, telephone number and Banking
details where you wish to receive your payment.


Therefore You have been notify now to receive your payment that have been
approve by the Presidency [Umar Musa Yar\'Adua], we have agreed to transfer
your contract/inheritance payment of $4.5 Million United State Dollars only to
your designated bank account of your choice.


The President Of Nigeria (PRESIDENT YAR\' ADUA ) haved moved your payment file
to CBN ( Central Bank Of Nigeria ) in other to make sure that you receive your
fund at this last payment quater aproved by him.
