"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Greetings,

Please,I am left alone in this world now The death of my parents has now made me an orphan, Please I plead to you adopt me as your daugther and render your help. I promise never to dissappoint you.Let my cry for help touch your kind heart Please I promise never to disappoint you.

I am Miss Joyce Hopewell Martins from Bouake Cote D'Ivoire. I am 19 years old, the only surviving child of my Late parents Mr & Mrs Solomon M Hopewell .I want to ask for your help.I lost my mother at the age of 10 and my father was poisoned to death during his visit to our home town for a family meeting 20 February 2007.Before the death of my late father he told me that he deposited the sum of 2.7 usd (Two Million Seven hundred thousand united states dollars) in a Security company here in Cote D'Ivoire.

My late father told me in his dieing bed that it was because of sucess in business and his wealth that his wicked jealous brother planned and poisoned him to death, to prove it all, six months after my Father's death my wicked uncle sold most of my late father's properties including our family house. Now due to the the reason behind my parents death I will not want to stay here again and my uncle is now after me so that no one will ask him about my late father properties.

The death of my father actually brought sorrow to my life and I wished to stay under your care with your advise please, again It is the fear of betrayal from anyone around me here that confirms my decision to contact a neutral individual like you. I am in a sincere need of your kind assistance to help me transfer this money to your country so that I can join you to continue my education which is very important to me and also you can aswell help me in investing the fund in a good and moving business in your country. I will give you more details and contact of the Bank upon your immediate reply.

Your Sincerely Girl,
Miss Joyce Hopewell Martins.
