"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Before the death of my husband he called me & son at his hospital bedside and told us that he has the sum of fiften million,United State Dollars($15.000,000.00) left in fixed/ Deposite account in one of the leading security company here.
 
He further told us that he deposited the money for Hotel investments in Abroad, and finally issued a written instruction to his lawyer who he said is in possession of all the necessary legal documents to all his wealth here in my Country and also outside Cote d'Ivoire.
 
I am just a teacher & retired because of dealth of lovely husband and really and don't know much about financial issues. I need an beneficiary oversea who can stands for me as my husband associate in this funds and after the transaction i will come over to your country with my son.
 
This is because we have suffered alot of set backs as a result of incessant political crisis here in the country, and also a trate from my husband uncle here.
 
The death of my husband actually brought sorrow to our life and i wished to invested under your care please.I am in a sincere desire of your humble assistant in this regards so that i & son will leave here and have a settled life which is the wish of my late husband before his untimely death.
 
Your suggestions and ideas will be highly welcomed but permit me to ask this two questions:-
