"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: DEAREST.

DEAREST,

Please do not be baffled at the way and manner that contacted you since we do not know or met each other before, this is because i have no other choice.

However i will be as forthcomming as possible on my purpose of contacting you.

I have decided to donate what is rest of me to charity through you. You may be wondering why I choose you ??,Well it is of divine direction as i will tell you how subsequently.

I am a 58 year old Woman and was diagnosed of colon cancer about  years ago, also immediately after the death of my husband, this was coupled with depression on my part as a result of this huge irreparable loss of my husband that lead to rise in my blood pressure thereby worsening my health.

I have been touched to donate from what is left of my husband and i which i inherited from my late husband to charity in the outside world through you for the good work of humanity.

If you are touched and interested in carrying out this task, I will inform of the procedures and steps towards retreiving the money.

NB: I will appreciate your utmost confidentiality in this matter until the task is accomplished, as I don't want anything that will jeopardize my last wish.

Please do note that you will be compensated adequately for carrying out this task which i cannot fully carry out now due to my failing health.

Please do respond immidiately if this request attracts your attention to save me the stress of continual search.

Sincerely Yours,

Madam Rose Halowi.
