An AMERICAN Oil consultant/contractor with the Nigerian National petroleum Corporation, made a numbered time (Fixed) Deposit for twelve calendar months, valued at $7,500,000.00 (Seven Million Five hundred thousand Dollars)with Union Bank PLC since the year 2000.
Ever since then, a routine notification has been sent several times to him, without reply.
