"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

coming from Los Angeles; you can have more information about the flight from =
this website.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/502503.stm

I hereby seek your assistance on this urgent matter; before this death, our =
dad called and told me about the consignment that content the sum amount of =
funds which he left at a safe keeping company but with instruction that I =
should only come forward to claim the consignment only when I am up to =
25years but just last month we are having lots of problem that we started =
working on the best way to have this consignment released to us.

The consignment is presently in the Cambodia. The consignment gets to the =
Cambodia through the help of Edward Cole. The fact is that Edward Cole is =
supposed to have delivered this consignment to a man called Yun Meng in =
Cambodia.

When Edward Cole arrive in Cambodia to deliver the consignment to Meng in =
Cambodia after clearing the consignment from the Airport, he call Yun Meng to =
tell him the description to his house for the delivery but his wife answered =
the call and told Edward Cole that her husband Yun Meng had a fatal car =
accident which lead to his death a day before. Yun Meng has already paid the =
demurrages from the security company, he paid also for custom check report, =
but unfortunately he died in a car accident, that was why Edward Cole has to =
deposit the consignment with a safe keeping company warehouse over there in =
Cambodia and called us to informed us about what is happening for us to get =
another beneficiary for him to make the delivery of the consignment. Again it =
is important to inform you that Edward Cole the courier don't know the real =
content of the consignment. I will let you know the total amount upon hearing =
from you with a positive answer towards helping us on this matter.

So dear, with due respect we are seeking for your assistance to received the =
consignment. Please do get back to us with your direct cell number and =
address so that we can forward you more details and the diplomat number for =
you to call him who is presently in the Cambodia now.

Ted Mansour's consignment that is in Cambodia. If Edward Cole asks if you =
