duty. I got your contact through our International section of the Ghana
Consortium Board in conjunction with Asian/American Consortium Board Ghana
and i know that you are capable of handling my investment project.
In view of the upcoming election in my country and for security reasons, i
intend to relocate my family to your country where I think they will be safe
for now. Based on this, I will want to buy a villa that will accommodate my
family hence i will be needing your assistance in helping me secure a very
nice home situated in a very good suburb of the town that will remain our
home for now throughout this campaigning season of the upcoming election.
However, I have also in my possession a substantial quantity of gold worth
about $2m, and about $15m in cash deposited with a finance security company

10% of the profit realized from the investment yearly.
Nevertheless, aside of your 10% entitlement on profit generated, you will be
compensated with a cash reward of $800,000.00 for a job well done, i hope
this is by no doubt a reasonable reward. Note that the Villa will be 6 or 7
bedroom, with a swimming pool, Car Garage, Playing ground, and it will be
Beach Front or on top of the Hill, Price will not be more than
($6,500,000.00). I also intend to go into restaurant business in your
country but that will be discussed later.
