"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

This letter may come to you as a surprise, but I have to say that I have no intentions of putting you into any form of stress or worries. As you read this.
 
I am Mrs. Ayih Phillipo Gallatin, married to Mr.Dick A. Gallatin who worked with the Petroleum Pipeline as a regional purchase manager for Eleven(11) years, before he died on his official duty on 16 April 2008 at Goma Market in Congo when a DC-9 Plane crashed in the Goma Market. We were married for 14 years without a Child. 
 
When my late husband was alive he deposited the sum of USD 9,500.000 with a  security  Bank  which he decleared as familly valuables .
 
Recently, my Doctor  told me that I will not last for the next Eight(8) months due to my  prostate and esophageal Cancer which was discovered very late due to my laxity in caring for my health.
 
Since his death I decided not to re-marry outside my matrimonial home.
 Having known my condition I decided to donate this fund to a Motherless , Les priviledged Children and I believe you will utilize this money the way I am going to instruct herein.
 
This is why I am taking this decision. and because you are having the same surname with my husband and I want you to act as the next of kin of this fund. 
 
As soon as I receive your reply I shall give you more information, I will also issue you an authority letter that will prove you the present beneficiary of this Fund and you will be responsible for this till the is confirmed to your .
