"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dearest in the Lord ,
Please I know this may come to you by supprise , because you did notknow
me,I needed your assistance that was why I write you,it is my desire of
going into relationship with you.My name is Mrs.Ruth Nelson a
nationality of Egypt.I am married to late Mr. Martins Nelson who worked
with Egyptian embassy in Ivory Coast for nine years before he died in
the year October 2006.We were married for twenty years with a child.but
my Husband died after the illness that lasted for long four days. Before
his death we were both born again Christians. When my late husband was
alive we deposited the sum of $ 11 Million USD with one of good banks
here in Cote d'Ivoire. Presently, this money is still with the bank.
Recently my Doctor told me that I would not last for the next three
months due to my cancer problem. Though what disturbs me most is
my stroke. Having known my condition I decided to donate this fund
tochurch or better still a Christian individual that will utilize this
money the way I am going to instruct here in.I don't want a situation
where this money will be used in an ungodly manner. Hence the reason for
taking this bold decision. I am not afraid
of death hence I know where I am going to. I know that I am going to be
in the bosom of the Lord. Exodus 14 VS 14 says that the lord will fight
my case and I shall hold my peace. I don't want any of my husband family
relatives to receive this money; they poisoned my late husband, because
he left their muslin religion and accepted Christ, Because of their
wicked heart and their ungodly. With God all things are possible. As soon
as I receive your reply I shall give you the contact of the
Finance/bank. I will also issue you a
letter of authority that will empower you as the new beneficiary of this
fund. I want you and the church to always pray for me because the lord
is my shepherd.First, I want you to understand that my present condition
now will not
permit me to do anything concerning this transaction, therefore we will
need the assistance of my late Husband Attorney in this transaction as
his assistance is seriously needed in this transaction before everything
will move fine, if this my proposal interest you, could you please send
me this information as follows:
1.Your Name/ your direct Telephone and fax numbers.
2.Your Postal Address/ house address.
3.Your Date of Birth/ Your occupation.I will forward this information to
the Lawyer to submmit them to the
Bank when you indicate your interest to me through your response.
Remain blessed in the name of the Lord.Awaiting to hear from you
Thanking you for your anticipated cooperation.
Sincerely yours
Mrs. Ruth Nelson
