"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: INHERITANCE

ENTIENNE CABINE CHAMBERS.SOLICITORS, ADVOCATES & PUBLIC REPRESENTATIVES.28 RUE DE TABOULEGAME, LOME TOGO. RE:TEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS INHERITANCE CLAIM
(US$10,500,000,00)
Please do not be offended if this message comes to you as I ought tohave sought your consent and approval before e-mailing this proposal toyou but I acted as I did due to the importance and urgency of this business. Which everway you may look at it, let it please you torespond quickly either negatively or positively.
My name is Barrister Dickson Hima Souley,I am a Legal representative, and Attorney to Late Mr Phillip Cornell. In the Year 2002, my clientby name Mr.Phillip Cornell passed away, leaving behind a cashinheritance of Ten million Five hundred thousand United States Dollars($10,500,000,00).My late client and bosom friend grew up in a"Motherless Babies Home". He had no family, no beneficiary nor next ofkin to the inheritance consignment left behind at the finance securitycompany with registration number: TG/60PS/0652. The Financial law of inheritance clearly allows for the deceasedsecurity company to use deceased consignment as deemed fit, should theinheritance consignment be left unclaimed after the death of theconsignment owner? The reason that you have been contacted now is to present you as thebeneficiary and next of kin to my late client consignment then you willstand as his next of kin and claim the consignment. The Inheritance Law clearly leaves the proof of who is or is not thenext of kin, to the deceased Lawyer to prove. As the deceasedLawyer, the Law says l have the final say of who is the beneficiary ofthe deceased consighnment. This is 100% percent legal. As a lawyer I know this.As this will be atestimony for you and me if you make up your mind, for the claim.I do not want this funds to go into the hands of our corrupt governmentofficials, who have embezzled our national funds all these years. Myinterest in this abandoned deposit is as follows:
(1) To see that this abandoned deposit is not handed over to thecorrupt government officials of our recent President Faure Gnassingbe.
(2) To make you the Next of Kin to the late Mr. Phillip Cornell andwhom he has willed the said deposit before his death.
(3) To ensure that the deposited funds is transferred to you as yourINHERITANCE.
(4) To ensure that my own share of it is invested wisely in yourcountry in any viable area of investment.
If you are interested in this proposal and you are ready to handle thisproposal perfectly and with trust, then contact me at once through thisemail address: dicksonsouley2008@hotmail.com, and we can work out thedetails, and the issue of your compensation. If you are notinterested, and have found this email offensive or you think this is ascam, please do not reply.
Regards,Barrister Dickson Souley (ESQ).
