"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

. Because of my father's sincerity he was posioned by his colleagues. Before the death of my father, he deposited the sum of US$8.800,000.00 (eight million eight hundred thousand U.S dollars) made by my late father in storage company here in abidjan cote d'Ivoire, according to my late father, he
intended to use this fund for his international business transaction. As the only child he used my name as the next of kin.

Dearest One, I want you to know that my life is in denger with the bitter experiences I had in My country and the war still going on especially in diamond area which incidentally is where I came from, coupled with the incessant political crisis and hostilities in this country Ivory coast , I
desire seriously to leave here and live the rest of My life in a more peaceful and politically stable country like yours.

Please I want you for the retrieval of the trunk box and help me invest the money into a lucrative business. I want you To assist me in my education, because I was un-able to finish due to the sudden death of my late father. To help me get a college admission to further my education as you will
engage into the fund managing untill I finish my studies.

Please I know that this letter may sound strange and incredible to you but I want you to do this for me because of my life and future. Therefore for the sake of God and humanity give an immediate positive consideration and reply me. I will willingly agree to any suitable percentage of the money
you will propose as your compensation for your assistance with regards to the above requested help.

Please in view of my sensitive refugee status and as I am still conscious of my father's enemies. I would like you to give this a highly confidential approach.
