"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I am married to the Late Henry Guei of blessed memory who until his death was the former Managing Director and a pioneer staff of Hindustan Construction Company in United Kingdom for twelve years before he died in the year 2005. We were married for eighteen years without a child. He was a very dedicated Christian, free person and a great philanthropist during his life time. My husband died on 9th February 2005 at the age of 71, he was buried on the 23rd of February.Since the past 3 years after his death, I have been battling with both cancer and fibroid problems. While my late husband was alive, he deposited the sum of $17.5Million (Seventeen Million five hundred thousand U.S. Dollars) with a Financial firm and till date this money is still with the firm. Recently, my doctor told me that I would not live beyond the next three months due to this my cancer problem.Having known my condition, I have decided to donate this fund to either an organization or a reliable individual like you in this codicil and last testament to my will. This may sound strange and unbelievable to you, but it is real and true.I want you to utilize this money to better the lives of the less privileged. I want you to use this money in all sincerity to fund orphanages, widows and the destitute. I took this decision because I do not have any children of my own that will inherit this money and my husband's relatives has been very hostile and unkind to me since after my husbands death.Due to my present health condition, I will not be able to deal with the details and processes involved and as such, you may have to get in touch my solicitors, who shall enable and assist you commence the processes of change of ownership of deeds and articles to your name before my demise. If you are not interested, kindly pardon me for contacting you.If on the other hand, you are touched by this email and you are willing and ready to assist me in the noble venture, reach me as soon as possible for further instructions while providing the information below.1. Full name2. Phone and fax number3. Address / country4. Your age and current occupation. To ensure legitimacy, he will also issue you a letter of authority that willempower you to act as the original beneficiary of this fund. Please I want you to always pray for me. Any delay in your reply will give me time in sourcing for another individual for this same purpose.Regards,Mrs. Silver GueiEmail me at: silver.guei@yahoo.com
