"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

So like i told you before my name is marie i am 23 yrs old and my brother jeffery from ivory coast in west Africa and presently i am residing in the refugee camp here in
ghana as a result of the civil war going on in my country.

My
late father Dr Banabas blaise was a prominent successful business man
and a politician under the government of Late Gen. Robert Gue the
former head of state before the rebels attacked my house one early
morning killing my mother and my father. It was only me and my brother
jeffery that is alive now and i managed to make my way to near by
country ghana
where i am leaving now. I would like to know many more about you. Your
likes and dislikes, your hobbies and what you are doing presently.
