Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

hospital here in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire he told me that I had a deposit
5.5 Million dollars in a box in a security company that I should look
for somebody aboard to help me in securing the funds in his country for
investment purpose and this person will serve a my guardian.
